3. Offerings and Policies

LampsTopWay provides three categories of offerings: professional lighting services, digital lighting guides, and physical lighting products.

3.1 Professional Lighting Services

Our services include on-site consultations, design planning, and installation guidance for lamp and lighting arrangements tailored to your space.

Scheduling and Changes: You may request a change of date up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Contact us via the contact form to arrange a new date. Requests made later than 48 hours before the appointment may not be accommodated.

Refund Policy: If you cancel a service with at least 48 hours notice, we will process a refund of fees paid minus a processing fee. Requests submitted within 48 hours of the appointment are not eligible due to resource allocation.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

3.2 Digital Lighting Guides

This category includes ebooks, tutorials, and video modules focused on lamp top way lighting ideas delivered electronically.

No Cancellation or Refund: Due to immediate access upon purchase, cancellations or refund requests cannot be honored once download links or access credentials are provided.

3.3 Physical Lighting Products

We offer decorative lamps, shades, and related accessories. Full product details and specifications are available on the site.

Defect or Damage Claims: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, submit a claim within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Upon approval, we will arrange shipment back at our expense and process a refund of the item price within 5 business days of confirmation that the item has been received at our facility.

4. General Terms

All prices are stated in Canadian dollars. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

5. Limitation of Liability

LampsTopWay's liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service or product giving rise to any claim. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
